How do I return kitchen splashbacks?

1. Do not send it as „postage paid by recipient“, as DHL charges a completely unnecessary flat fee of €18 here :-(
2. Seal the parcel with enough tape so that the flaps don't spring open
3. Goods with damage, „rolled inside out“ (the motif should be on the outside) are, of course, excluded from return.
4. Use the original box. With oversized, non-padded boxes the product can be damaged.
5. Use the cardboard core. Rolls wound more tightly are otherwise a „total loss“ due to the stiff material.
6. Roll the material tightly onto the outside of the cardboard core, not the inside.
7. Use the brown paper band for this, no tape on the motif
8. Finally, wrap everything in the white outer paper packaging. Make sure there is no sand or similar in between, which can lead to surface damage.
