If your registration is not completed, our spam detection has classified certain information in the form as unusual. This mostly affects the email address or other entered data.

Common reasons are, for example, an email address entirely in capital letters, several identical characters in a row, or character strings that repeat directly multiple times.

Why is there this check?

The spam detection protects our platform from fake accounts, automated registrations and abusive use.

What can you do?

Please check your information carefully. Pay particular attention that your email address is spelled correctly, does not consist entirely of capital letters and contains no unusual character sequences like "aaaa", "1111" or "testtesttest".

Then try the registration again.
