You click "Add to cart" but nothing happens? Don't worry, the problem can usually be fixed quickly. Here are the most common solutions:
What's the cause?
If other customers can order without problems, it may be due to your browser or your settings. With a few simple steps, everything works again.
Solution 1: Refresh the page
Press F5 or click "Refresh". Often that's enough already.
Solution 2: Allow cookies & disable ad blocker
Our shop needs cookies to save your cart. Go to your browser settings and enable cookies. Also temporarily disable your ad blocker.
Solution 3: Switch browser
Safari users: Safari often has difficulties with our cart. Switch to Chrome or Edge for smooth use.
