Perhaps you received a discount code from us? (Ps.: The discount code for samples is on your invoice/delivery note). Then the following condition applies:
A discount code must have been entered in the cart. This is really very, very easy :-).

Applying it afterwards is unfortunately not possible.
Background: We are happy to be able to offer you a discount code. However, applying a discount code afterwards involves a very high accounting effort. So that we can continue to offer vouchers, we would appreciate the "normal entry"...
So please enter the voucher – in the interest of all customers – as usual in the cart/checkout.
Note: Please do not confuse "discount codes" with our "gift cards", which work like a prepaid card.
