How to enter the address
So that your order arrives safely, enter the shipping details exactly like this:
- First name / surname: Enter your full name here, exactly as it is stored with DHL.
- Post number: Your personal DHL post number goes here. You receive it when you register for the Packstation.
- Street & house number.: Simply write „Packstation" and the number of the desired Packstation in this field. Please do not write „DHL Packstation" or the street where the station is located.
- Postcode & town: Enter the postcode and town of the Packstation.

What else to keep in mind
There are a few things that are important to know so that everything runs smoothly:
- Door wallpapers: Unfortunately, door wallpapers cannot be delivered to a Packstation due to their size. Please therefore enter your private address. If you still enter your Packstation address, the delivery will be sent to the nearest post office branch. Please check the shipment status here.
- Klarna payment: If you use Klarna as a payment option, the Packstation must be registered in your name and be in the same location as your billing address.
