1. Choose the product
2. For some products such as our kitchen splashbacks, also select (click) the buttons for the desired configuration.
3. Add the product to the cart by clicking "Add to cart"
4. Click the shopping bag at the top
5. Then click "Proceed to checkout"
6. Review the order at checkout
7. Enter email and postal address
8. Select the payment method
9. Click "Order with obligation to pay" (with PayPal: now click the yellow PayPal button)
10. Follow the instructions of the payment provider…
If in rare cases the entire cart page does not load at all or shows a spinning hourglass, please refresh your browser once by clicking the "Reload current/this page" button. This button is usually at the very top next to your browser's address bar. On Android it can be reached via the three dots...
If this does not help, we would need a few pieces of information from you to fix the problem:
- What exactly did not work
- System used (mobile, PC, ..)
- Browser used (Firefox, Chrome, ...)
