Orders through our online store may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that personalized products are made especially for you and therefore can not be exchanged. Unless there is a production error.
For a full refund of the purchase price, the returned product must be in its original condition and free from any signs of use or damage.
