To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Pull out the fuses
2. Remove the socket cover
3. Measure the position of the sockt with a tape measure
4. Transfer the measurements to the back of the kitchen splashback that has not yet been adhered to the wall
5. Cut out the sockets with a craft knife
Some customers ask us if we can make the cutouts beforehand - we strongly advise against it! Because...
- It is very easy to do yourself with a craft knife
- The cutting should be done on site. This means that, later on, the cutouts are not in the wrong position
This is a clear advantage over glass panels, where the cutout has to be made by the manufacturer in advance.
