Why do not I receive an e-mail from you?

After you have placed the order in our shop you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the order confirmation and further information to the email address you provided. If you have not received an email please check the following: - Is the email address given to us still up to date? - Do you have a typographical error in the email address? - Did our email get into your spam filter? - Is your webmail account blocked due to too many emails? (Remedy: Delete old emails)
