If you're not sure we've received your order due to a lack of notification, it may be due to this ... (The three most common incidents):
Possibility 1:
The order was completed by you and we have sent the e-mail, but it was blocked by your spam filter and put in your folder for unwanted advertising emails. Please check your spam filter first.

Possibility 2:
The order was completed by you and we have sent the e-mail, however, a typographical error has crept into your email adress during the ordering process. In this case you are only left to contact us.
Possibility 3:
The order was NOT completed by you: In our system, your cart is still "open", because it was not completed.
This is always the case if the payment process has not been finalized. Depending on the payment service provider, there is a button at the end with "Pay to order" or similar, which must be pressed to complete the process.
Please turn off Popup Blocker as well. PayPal works with popups.
Please turn off the Popup Blocker and go back to the shopping cart.
